Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with a small team of 8 in a call-centre type environment. The team take approximately 120 calls a day on auto-answer so the successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task because as soon as one call ends the next will auto-answer.
You will also be expected to make outbound calls, for example to body shops or car owners to arrange collection of their vehicle.
You will also be customer facing on the front desk. Customers come in to collect personal belongings from their cars following an accident. The client also sell on cars that have been written off in accidents so sometimes have people coming in to look at cars that have been sold at auction (auction day is every Friday so this is a busy day in the office). Inspectors from insurance companies also come in too.
The role will be starting 13/05/19 or possibly sooner, with no end date at the moment as it is to cover long-term sickness.
The successful candidate must:

The role is Monday to Friday and 8am until 5pm with a 15 minute break in the morning and then 45 minutes for lunch between 12pm and 2pm normally. You would need to work 2 Saturdays per year and be willing to occasionally stay at the end of the day to help get outstanding calls completed.
The role is Wisbech with lots of amenities around it including a large Tesco. There is a canteen and free parking onsite.
