TK Maxx and Homesense, (part of TJX Europe) are a thriving and award winning retail company and are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work within their Head Office based on Clarendon Road in Watford Town Centre (WD17).

With a fantastic hourly rate and paid overtime, there is excellent earning potential for anyone with a strong work ethic and flexible attitude. Although initially on a Temp basis, there is an opportunity to go onto a Permanent contract.

Key information:

  • Pay Rate: £9.74 per hour, rising to £10.64 after 12 weeks
  • Working hours: are 37.5 per week. The Customer Service Team operate 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 17.00 Saturday and 10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday. Shifts are either 08.00am-4.00pm, 09.30am-5.30pm or 11.00pm-7.00pm. You would need to work 1 weekend in 3
  • Location: Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1TB
  • Closest stations: Watford Junction (over ground) or Watford Underground (Metropolitan Line)

Customer Service Advisor Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from customers, dealing with queries and resolving issues.
  • Liaising with the store network and other internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Managing a busy email inbox and ensure you are replying to customer queries.
  • Making outbound calls as required to help resolve customer issues.

Customer Service Advisor Skills/Experience required:

  • Ability to demonstrate that you are passionate about delivering a high level of service through written and oral communication.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, ideally on the telephone in a query based environment
  • A flexible approach to your workload.
  • The desire to be successful and deliver outstanding quality in all you do
