We are recruiting for a fantastic Chef with Rosette or fresh food experience for our hugely popular restaurant in Barton on Sea, New Milton.
The Kitchen produces a fantastic seasonally changing menu offering a range of dishes that caters for all tastes -from light lunches to formal dinners.
This is a great opportunity for the right Chef to showcase their skillset in our stunning award winning restaurant.
* Full Time, Permanent Contract.
* You will be required to work around 40-50 hours per week - depending on business needs.
* Working a mixture of straight shifts and split shifts allowing you to have a balance in your work pattern
* Live in Accommodation is available on site, this is charged at £100 per week & includes all bills.
Key responsibilities include:
Standards are held very highly so compliance with all health & hygiene in the kitchen is ESSENTIAL. Running a section whilst assisting the Kitchen team with Prep & full service.
You are required to have previous experience as a Chef in a fresh food kitchen or at Rosette level. Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or Equivalent but not essential. We are all about the food and maintaining our high end dining reputation so Passionate and an Enthusiastic attitude is what we are looking for to add to our already AMAZING team.
We offer a Competitive Salary of £23,000 per annum + a share of Tips. Onsite accommodation is also available if required and is charged at only £100 per week to include ALL BILLS. We have a full team of 7 in the Kitchen and are keen for another amazing Chef to join us.
