We are recruiting for a Sous Chef in the Fordingbridge area. This independent small pub group are looking for a Sous Chef in this small but busy operation.
You'll be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients, in a well-equipped but small kitchen team.
- Full Time, Permanent Contract.
- You will be required to work around 45 hrs per week minimum
- Working a mixture of Shifts on a 5 out of 7 day working week.

Key responsibilities include:
Being a Sous Chef is a real challenge, so you can count on the full support of the team & management within this great company.
Assisting with the running of the kitchen team through service, managing a fast paced kitchen environment.
That means you'll need to be a leader, as well as strong experience. You'll also be a great communicator, calm under pressure, and you'll be driven by a shared vision of success and a company that will give you the tools to do so.
