Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef - Live-in / 2AA Rosette
Blue Arrow Glasgow are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join the brigade at a stunning 2AA rosette county house based in Perthshire.
The ideal candidate needs to be creative and forward thinking to be considered to join this successful and fast paced team. We are looking for an energetic, confident and passionate individual who is able to deliver speed, accuracy and leadership in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
This kitchen only uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and produce. As the Senior Chef de Partie, you will work in a small team alongside a motivational Head Chef. You will be able to run a section and work with fresh ingredients. This is a great opportunity to further your career.
To be considered for this role you must have the following
- Experience working within a Rosette or Michelin kitchen
- Have the ability to produce excellent food using fresh, local produce and ingredients
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work on your own and use your own initiative
