The Role
Due to sales success we are creating a new sector specific marketing role.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role of Campaign Manager is to create sector specific marketing campaigns in order to generate brand awareness and acquire new customers. 
The main objectives of this role will be to own the marketing plan for the sector by devising and executing marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness to target markets identified.  You will collaborate with internal marketing and sales resources and external agencies throughout the campaigns to ensure all elements of marketing are covered e.g. press, artwork, print and digital.
You will help drive sales behaviour, target focus, persona development and marketing planning from ideas through to execution.  More specifically you will need to work collaboratively with each sales person in order to deliver insightful content.  Content should be written to influence behaviour at all levels.  This role will involve driving and motivating others to get new campaigns from conception to fruition at a very high standard.
Additionally, you will be expected to utilise social media channels to help inbound marketing as well as improving our social presence as a whole.  The role will include working within challenging timescales and reacting to activity that occurs in the market place.
Your Skills and Experience
We require someone who will hit the ground running introducing new campaign ideas to get our message out to market.
You will have experience delivering inbound and outbound campaigns, experience in marketing IT, tech or telecoms.  Ideally you will have experience building sector specific marketing and sales plans with knowledge and experience marketing B2B telecoms solutions.  You should have sufficient knowledge of inbound marketing tools and techniques and how these can help drive prospects to qualified leads.
You will have an analytical mind and will strive to achieve results attempting to continuously improve them.
The role is highly autonomous so you will need to be motivated and self-sufficient with a tenacity to succeed.  Experience or expertise in Google Analytics and or Hubspot is desirable.
