Qualities required
  • Probably a CIMA or ACCA qualified Finance professional with a lean, manufacturing, legal, or compliance background and knowledge of MRP systems (we use QAD)
  • Have sound working knowledge of UK finance & employment legislation and experience in practical handling of employee relations issues
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Be robust, able to challenge established practices and influence change
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills, able to balance conflicting short term demands and longer term priorities
  • Take active responsibility for own continuing professional development
  • To be self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent IT and presentation skills
  • Understanding of business improvement techniques in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
To manage the Administration Department (Finance, Human Resources, Executive Administration and IT (Office) sections). To regularly report to the Senior Management on all functions. Ensure standards are maintained as per clients requirements, and that the business achieves the Business Planning cycle to time.
