We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor based for an international retail Head Office in Watford town centre.
With a fantastic hourly rate, there is excellent earning potential for anyone with a strong work ethic and flexible attitude. Although initially on a Temp basis, there is an opportunity to go onto a Permanent contract. We have a number of shifts available, details below.
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday - 9am - 5pm, Sunday - 8am - 4pm (1 weekend in 3 )
- Salary - Competitive
- Location: Watford Town Centre WD17 - Closet Tube station Watford (Metropolitan line) and Watford Junction (Overground).

Key responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound telephone calls from customers, dealing with queries and resolving issues.
- Liaising with the store network and other internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer enquiries
- Managing a busy email inbox and ensure you are replying to customer queries
- Previous customer service experience (ideally phone based, but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible attitude
