Following continued growth we are looking for a number of people to work for the largest Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK on behalf of a High Street Bank in Plymouth on a permanent basis.
You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress into more senior roles.
- Salary : £18,000 to £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 08.00 to 20.00 Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Location: Plymouth (PL1)

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer arrears and assisting with specialist enquiries
- Dealing with inbound calls and queries as well as making outbound calls to resolve defaulted loans
- Capturing customer information accurately
- Using your own initiative to ask relevant questions
- Experience in working in a customer based environment.
- Confident in using multiple computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
