Experienced Venue Manager - Wedding Venue - Swindon - up to £36,000
We are searching for a committed proactive experienced Venue Manager to help launch a new wedding venue near Swindon.
The successful candidate:
  • Will help with the hire and training of staff to ensure our customers receive excellent food, drinks and service after launch.
  • You will need excellent personnel management skills to induct and motivate the staff across all departments.
  • Financial acumen will be required to work successfully to a budget.
  • You will have the ability to think critically and efficiently.
  • You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone who takes an entrepreneurial approach to managing a business.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable success managing a hospitality business and several years in events management.
  • A personal licence would be an advantage but no essential, but you must be willing to attend a course.
  • Own transport is required due to opportunities to move around all company venues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
