The role:

You will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all emails and calls that come into the business. You will be dealing with customer enquiries and queries in a professional manner. 

This is a Monday to Friday role therefore would be an ideal role for someone who is perhaps working within a contact centre and no longer wants to work shifts!

Key information:

  • ASAP
  • 12 month fixed term contract
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 5pm

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Recording all information on the computer system
  • Ensure any escalations or complaints are handled in a quick and efficient manner
  • Processing customer requests on the system
  • Working to KPI and SLAs

Skills required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • IT literate
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
