My client, a successful independent family brewery, are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their site in Warminster. This is a fun and thriving team, and they are looking for somebody who can help strive for success.
As a Sous Chef you will need:
 
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Superb culinary skills.
  • High standards and be quality driven.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Be a role model and a great team player.
  • Have a 'Can do' attitude.

The Role:
  • Day to day running of the Kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
  • Preparation and ordering of required food for the kitchen.
  • Ensuring that food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety laws and regulations.
  • To maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.
  • To ensure all chefs and kitchen porters are adequately trained on the appropriate section and informed of any relevant changes.
