Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)
  • Provide administrative support to our Retail Customers
  • Accurate execution of all processes linked to sales order processing
  • Fulfilment of order/stock management to ensure that Customer delivery dates are achieved
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of customer order amendments & cancellations
  • Management and proactivity toward expiring bids
  • Drive performance against customers SLA's
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks as directed by line manager
  • Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure and apply best practice, driving towards best in class/market.
  • Managing/prioritising daily workload and supporting team in their duties if/where necessary
  • Building internal relationships to encourage synergy with the team and other departments
  • Show consistency and accuracy throughout all working
  • Administrative tasks that enable smooth processing of order i.e. Product mapping
  • Ensure PriCat Accuracy

Preferred but not required
  • Retail experience
  • Office Administration
  • Experience of using ERP & CRM Systems (Oracle/SAP)
