This award winning 16th Century Inn, overlooking the village green, with its choice of real ales and an excellent food is looking for a Sous Chef OR a Senior CDP with a passion for quality fresh food to assist in heading up the kitchen. 
This  Kitchen is not your usual big brigade, you will be working alongside kitchen porter and is passionate in bringing your own flare/ culinary skills.
You will be working closely with a passionate Pub Owner.
The Kitchen is closed Sunday Evening and Monday's.
This role would suit a person who is not shy, to show his culinary experiences and is ready to take the food to a new level.
The ideal Sous Chef will have:
  • Skills, vision, personality and Ambitious
  • Drive standards, quality and consistency
  • Design and develop fresh food menus
  • Be financially accountable - stock control, ordering, manage and review GPs
  • Meeting food safety and cleaning standards
  • Own transportation is an advantage
  • Manage food purchases and storage
  • Handle pressure calmly and professionally

In Return
  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum(depending on experiences)
  • A loyalty Bonus Scheme, every 6 months
  • Working hours 11.30 am till 9.00am (approx)
  • Pension
  • 28 days Holidays per annum
