Sous Chef - Newport Pagnell - £22,000 - £24,000
Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of an iconic venue situated in central Newport Pagnell.
Looking for a Sous Chef with a real passion for creating great food, developing teams and delivering faultless shift service.
About the Role:
Working 5 out of 7 days per week - two days off during the week guaranteed.
Contract of 47 hours per week
Traditional pub grub
Dedicated customer base
Conference catering for weddings, funerals, and other events.
 
Key Job Skills:
Presentation.
Good communication & team player.
Awareness or certification in food hygiene & safety.
Check-in deliveries.
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver Pub GP
Create daily specials
Coach and identify talent within the team
Be instrumental in ensuring each shift is perfect.
Ensure that all the kitchen team meet all food safety legal requirements
