A Prestigious Gastro pub is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help run a high quality Family friendly pub in Maidstone. You will be working alongside Head Chef and supporting him to run day to day operation. Own transport is recommended because of the location.
This opportunity will also suit someone who is working as Chef de Partie and is ready for the next step.

Key information:
£20,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7), Including Weekends.
Location: Maidstone, Kent (ME17) (own transportation is recommended).

28 days holiday

Key Responsibilities/ Skills Required:

To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site, servicing to restaurant
Well organised, outgoing and service-minded
Excellent customer service skills & attention to details
Handle pressure calmly and professionally
Helping create menus and costings
A team player who leads from the front
Managing food purchases and storage
Have confident in communicating with different Stakeholders
Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
