Chef de Partie - up to £25,000 - St Neots - Prestigious Caterers- Based onsite
Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of a leading Events company based in St Neots. You would be permanently based at the site in the venues high end dedicated kitchen - catering for Weddings & Events - prepping the day before the event, then cooking from fresh day of the event.
The site has a high reputation for quality food, bespoke ever changing menus - looking for a Chef with a real passion for producing quality food in a conferencing and banqueting setting.
Needs to be used to volume, from a Rosette, Michelin background or high end fresh food.
During the summer peak period you will be required to work over 45 hours, however you are guaranteed time back in the quieter months in winter.  
Passion for the trade.
Up to date on trend modern day food knowledge.
Key Job Skills:
Summer months will be very busy.
Winter month's quiet - whereby any overtime worked you will get back.
Good communication & team player.
Certification in food hygiene & safety.
Humble, hardworking and team player.
Must come from fresh food background.
Due to location you must drive.
