Customer Service Advisor
Do you have pervious telephone based Customer Service experience? Would you like to work in a rewarding environment?
We are looking for a number of Helpdesk Operators working for the Local Government Services in Barnet.
Key Information
To provide telephone support in a front-line customer facing service and query resolution for external customers.
  • To take calls from customers and log all calls in the database (Atrium).
  •  Resolve issues to the customers' satisfaction in line with the SLA.
  • To maintain regular updates on existing, open calls and accurately record actions taken in resolving them.
  • To ensure regular communication between the helpdesk and customers on the current status of their calls.
  •  To maintain a polite and friendly attitude at all times.
     
  • Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
    •  GCSE Maths and English.
    •  Previous demonstrable experience in a customer focused or client facing role.
    • Excellent communication skills with both clients and customers - both verbal and written. 
    •  Ability to work under own initiative and work as part as a team and individually.
    •  A good problem solver whom also possesses good organisational and administration skills.
    • Previous experience of all Microsoft applications including Excel and other software systems.
