We are looking for a Sales office Administration Assistant to join our Sales Team based in Newbury and help us achieve our goals.
 
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, have a confident and articulate manner when liaising with customers via telephone and have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
 
Requirements for the role:
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritise own workload
Must be well versed in IT skills particularly Microsoft office
Detail orientated
Duties will include amongst others:
Taking telephone calls from customers and potential customers
Supporting the other members of the Sales team with general operations and help reach the teams objectives
Processing product orders
Liaising with other departments
