Senior Sous Chef - £28,000 - £30,000 4* Hotel - Gerrards Cross
Our client a luxury 4*Hotel in Gerrards Cross is looking to appoint an experienced Sous Chef to join their already established brigade.
You will work closely with an award winning Head Chef Passionate about producing high quality innovative dishes.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing a small team, catering in a 4* Hotel or similar high end establishment and a creative approach to the production of food.
In return you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and a competitive benefits package which includes discounts on retail and travel.
Duties include:
  • Manage food provisions
  • Assist with guest queries and control costs
  • Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets
  • Deputise in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Assist in the creation of seasonal menus utilising the freshest ingredients
  • Mentoring, training and motivating the brigade
  • Making decisions in line with the business model
