A leading Restaurant company are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help run a High Quality Restaurant and Pub in Kent
With great annual salary on offer, you'll need experience helping to run a busy Restaurant in the Head Chefs absence and helping continuously develop the food offering.

Key information:
Salary : £24,000 to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Split Shifts on Monday to Saturday and Straight shift on Sunday
Location: Kent (ME20), Preferably Driving

Key responsibilities include:
To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site, servicing to restaurant.
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in leading and developing an enthusiastic kitchen team.
Autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.
Managing food purchases and storage.
Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Skills/Experience required:
Restaurant or hotel background, ideally fine dining restaurant experience.
Leading/Developing a team.
Helping create menus and costings
A team player who leads from the front.
