This is an excellent opportunity to work within an HR department and be trained by a professional consultancy group. The role will involve managing the online HR system for all records to include holidays, grievances, recruitment and job role changes. You will be the day to day HR contact reporting to the HR director and working closely with a small team to support the HR and Health & Safety functions within this company.
It is essential that you have a good level of English both written and spoken and can deal with situations sensitively as required.
Good IT skills and excellent communication is a basic requirement, attention to detail is also a must.
