A leading Business communications and IT service provider are seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to work as Helpdesk Administrators.

You'll help coordinate orders from a direct and indirect customer base.

With great working hours and basic annual salary on offer, you'll need experience in customer service and be extremely organised.

Key information:

  • Salary : £17,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week between 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
  • Location: Birstall, West Yorkshire

 Key responsibilities include:  

  • Deal with reactive facilities calls/emails
  • Manage and monitor the Facilities Inbox
  • Raise and book in PO's
  • Collate and file maintenance reports and quotes
  • Answer the telephone
  • Liaise with contractors and site contacts to resolve facilities based issues

 Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience of dealing with customers, internal colleagues and suppliers
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • Must be able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
