Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced customer support agents to work within a large telecommunications provider in Darlington.
The role will be within the Equipment Support Department working inside the supply chain on a temporary ongoing contract.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Taking calls from all areas of the business in relation to all aspects of delivery service.
-Management and allocation of stock orders for direct consumers and dealerships.
-Carrying out the reconciliation processes to ensure equipment is recovered to the supply chain.
-Creating and submitting claims to delivery partners to recover losses.
-In depth investigative work on potential fraud cases relating to the teams processes.
-Analysis of insurance claims to ensure adherence.
-Processing the return stock and account administration.
-Liaising with other departments and third parties relating to account charges and restrictions.
-Delivering excellent customer service throughout.
-All aspects of general administration.
Two weeks paid training will be provided.
-Good customer service experience
-Complaints handling experience preferred but not essential
-Fully available for 2 weeks training
-Available immediately for interviewing & starting
