Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Customer Service staff to work on behalf of a leading UK banking organisation located in Edinburgh.
This role will be a blend of telephony and processing work, where you will be taking incoming calls from customers who have queries relating to life and pensions products. You will be responsible for answering queries and updatingcustomer's accounts as required, and carrying out any processing or after call work as necessary.
This is a very consultative role, where high levels of service are most important at all times, and it will NOT involve sales or complaint handling.
The desired candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach and the ability to plan and manage their own caseload.
