Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Customer Service staff on behalf a leading banking organisation location in Edinburgh.

This role will be a combination of telephony and administrative work, as you could be liaising with customers who have queries about their policies or who are requesting that you update something on their account. You would be expected to liaise with the customer about their request or query, and then follow up with the processing and administration for carrying out such requests.

High levels of customer service are imperative within this role, as is strong organisation skills.

In return, you will be given full training, along with ongoing coaching and development once training is complete.

As much as this is a temporary role to begin with, initially for 6 months, there is a strong chance that you will be considered for longer terms opportunities if you demonstrate the right behaviours and values, as well as carrying out the role successfully.
