Blue Arrow are looking for a Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie to work at a local award winning wedding venue. This is temporary however, we have work all year round and with the right employee in place there is an opportunity to go permanent.

You would be expected to work between 30-50hrs per week covering 180 guests maximum per each event.

Must be flexible may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays. Working hours vary daily however, latest finish would be around 9pm.

Working alongside a head chef, two cooks and two kitchen assistants.

Banqueting experience is a must.

  • Be able to solve problems quickly and under pressure


  • Must be detail orientated


  • Have the ability to multi-task


  • Work well in a team, taking orders and leading teams
