A key client is looking for a recruitment Administrator to start as soon as Monday 10th December and the contract is anticipated to run until February 2019.

Monday to Friday working 9-5pm, £8.20 p/h based on Manvers Industrial Estate, S63.


To provide a proactive and efficient Recruitment service to our key customers:
• Potential candidates
• Operations teams
• Support area teams
• External organisations

Key accountabilities:
Support the resourcing function by processing all associated administration defined as follows-
• Liaise with Security Watchdog and manage the administration association with offers of employment, credit checking and references to maintain the quality of candidates and present a professional service
• Monitor the recruitment process closely at all stages and provide progress reports to the Team Manager/ Resourcing manager on a regular basis
• Act as first point of contact for all queries regarding recruitment and induction process so that line managers and new starters in the appropriate region
• Ensure effective timely communication of new starter information is supplied to key stakeholders within the business
• Liaise effectively with external agencies and suppliers to meet business needs
• Audit and process all new starter documentation to ensure compliance and adherence to Capita Group pre-Employment and screening policy
• Support resourcing function by attaching candidates to relevant requisition in ATS.
