Part Time Reception/Admin Support position (18.5hrs per week). This is a temporary position, on-going work available.
Main Responsibilities:
•          Operation of busy switchboard/reception area.
•          Greeting, hosting of all visitors and contractors.
•          Meeting room bookings.
•          Helpdesk support for IT maintenance, faults and servicing.
The ideal candidate:
•          SVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent
•          Customer Service skills
•          Good communicative skills
•          Gaelic Language an advantage but not essential.
•          Post is subject to Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
