Blue Arrow Glasgow are recruiting for our large logistics client based in North Lanarkshire.
Due to an internal promotion my client requires a switched on Internal Account Manager to run a busy portfolio of accounts.

Job role includes:


  • Monitor customer experience for a portfolio of customers, ensuring SLA's are followed
  • To liaise with implementation teams, sales and operations colleagues to ensure a coordinated and consistent support for customers queries.
  • Support Account Managers on their account portfolio. Co-ordinate the delivery of agreed targets to meet the wider requirements of the business for the defined customer portfolio.
  • Review performance to contracts
  • Make recommendations for service delivery improvements or new service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of customer plans
  • Provide customers with regular reports in agreed timescales and where appropriate investigate and report any shortfall/discrepancies
  • Provide accurate and timely internal reports (e.g. activity, forecasts), both regular and ad-hoc.
  • Understand and work within policy standards of individual customers to ensure service provisions/ requirements are fulfilled.
  • Provide administrative support to contracts outside defined portfolio base, as required.
  • Effectively utilize the relevant software (e.g. CRM systems) to maintain accurate and up to date records; provide related reports as required

Person Spec:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to adapt communication style to audience.
  • Able to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Ability to effectively conduct business over the phone.
  • Able to understand and empathise with customer needs whilst balancing their needs with that of Company.
