HR Administrator

3 Month Contract

Our client are looking for a temporary Administrator on a 3 month contract initially to support their HR department in providing HR administration, processes and practices in a timely, efficient and customer focused manner while looking for opportunities to reduce and improve administration processes. The role will involve effectively handling all HR and payroll related administration and first line enquiries.

- Maintain HR databases (Sage, open people and E-bis)
- Deal with queries via telephone, email and in person
- Create and amend contracts
- Set up new starters and process leavers
- Deal with flexible working requests
- General admin duties
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation

Knowledge & Experience:
- MS Outlook/Word/Excel
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- HR experience would be desirable not essential
