The role:



Our client is a fabulous hotel situated in the Harbour of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. They are looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef. The restaurant has 2 AA rosettes and the hotel itself has 3 Red Stars. The hotel hosts weddings, banquets and corporate events so the successful chef needs to be able versatile and enjoy a challenge.

As Breakfast chef you will work, 5/7 days based and all straight shifts.



Your main responsibilities as Breakfast Chef in Yarmouth will include:



  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • To supervise the team when required




What you need to get the Breakfast Chef Job in Yarmouth:



  • Experience at Breakfast Chef level
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce at two rosette level but not essential
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
