Junior Sous chef - High-end Hotel - £24k - £26k - Live-in

A lovely 4 star hotel in Aberdeen are recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join their talented team. The hotel attracts a mixture of business and leisure guests and offers an excellent range of facilities. The award winning restaurant offers seasonal menus using only fresh produce. They can also cater for weddings and functions and have newly refurbished kitchens and staff accommodation.

Junior Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Cook meals using fresh produce
  • Help oversee the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Train junior staff members
  • Stock control


Junior Sous Chef requirements:

  • Experience at CDP or Sous Chef level in a Rosette awarded establishment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • a willingness to learn and progress
