General Manager - Contract Catering - £28k-£30k!

A well-established contract catering company are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to oversee the smooth running of their restaurant/cafe based at a historic Landmark near Inverness. The role will predominantly be based at their Inverness site although some travelling will be required to help at 2 of their other sites near Aberdeenshire. They are ideally looking for someone who has Multi-Site Management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a work/life balance as it is all day time hours with some weekends off!

General Manager responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running the restaurant/Cafe

  • Travel between sites as required

  • Forecasting/budgeting

  • Help with ideas to drive the business forwards

  • Stock Management

  • Train and recruit the team

General Manager Requirements:

  • Experience at General Manager level in Contract Catering

  • Good understanding of food and efficient service

  • Sound financial and commercial acumen

  • Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry

  • Able to lead and motivate the team

  • Full clean driving license
