Head Chef - Edinburgh - 4 star hotel!

A 4 star hotel in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team. You will be responsible for running the kitchen and ensuring meals are cooked and presented to the highest quality. The hotel is in a central location and attracts a mixture of leisure and corporate guests. It is part of a successful brand so there are excellent opportunities for career progression.

Head Chef responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals using fresh produce

  • Hands on Management of the kitchen

  • Train and develop the team

  • Health & Safety/food hygiene

  • Stock control/Costing

Head Chef requirements:

  • Experience at Sous or Head Chef level in a quality hotel

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
