A lovely 4 star hotel in Aberdeen are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. The hotel attracts a mixture of business and leisure guests and boasts an excellent range of facilities. The award winning restaurant offers seasonal menus using only fresh produce. They can also cater for weddings and functions.

Juniors Sous Chef responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals using fresh produce

  • Help oversee the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Manage and train the Junior Chefs

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness

Junior Sous Chef requirements:

  • Experience at minimum Chef de Partie level in a fresh food establishment

  • Experience cooking to Rosette level would be an advantage

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • a willingness to learn and progress
