Sous/Head Chef - Edinburgh - £27k!

An experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef is required for a lovely hotel in Edinburgh. The hotel is close to the centre and attracts both corporate and leisure guests. The successful candidate will oversee the fresh food bistro and manage a team of 4 cooking breakfast and dinner. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, various shifts and the kitchen closes by 9pm most nights!

Sous/Head Chef responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen


  • Implement menus


  • Cater for functions


  • Stock control


  • Train and develop the team




Sous/Head Chef requirements:

  • Experience at Sous Chef level in a fresh food hotel

  • Excellent communication skills


  • Strong leadership skills
