Finance Administrator

The Role:

As a Finance Administrator with this large Financial Institution you will deal with a range of tasks to support the Administration function within this busy office environment.

You will be assigned clerical tasks relating to Life and Pensions Services ensuring that documents and processes are correctly authorised, complete and accurate and records are maintained. You will prepare, check and control information and payments for despatch to internal/external customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies. You will also resolve queries arising and provide assistance, advice and offer alternative solutions to internal and external customers and suppliers (verbally and in writing) in an effective and professional manner, whilst delivering high quality service that meets SLA and KPI targets.


Experience and Skills Required:

• Numerate, accurate, with good keyboard skills and ability to work towards tight deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of relevant processes, technical standards and systems

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive approach to solving problems / offering solutions.
