Chef de Partie - Tain - Fine Dining Hotel - £18.5K+tips

An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a stunning hotel in the highlands near Invergordan. The successful candidate will be working in their award winning restaurant cooking a range of meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, all straight shifts!

 

Chef de Partie - Tain - Fine Dining Hotel responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook meals using fresh produce


  • Work with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service


  • Stock control


  • Health & safety/food hygiene



 

Chef de Partie - Tain - Fine Dining Hotel requirements:


  • Experience cooking in a fresh food hotel or restaurant at Chef de Partie level


  • Rosette experience preferred


  • A willingness to learn and progress


  • Ability to work well as part of a team
