Our Client, based in the wealds, is looking to recruit a chef de partie as part of their large team of chefs. It is essential that the right candidate has a strong passion for food, and is extremely enthusiastic about cooking.

The ideal candidate will have:
- City and Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent
- A real passion for fresh, seasonal food as well as proven skills in high volume and quality catering
- An excellent understanding of food hygiene, paying attention to all aspects of Health and Safety within the operation
- Undertake all monitoring of food production, cooking and presentation

The role is 52 weeks per year, with 5 weeks holiday PLUS bank holidays. You will be on a rota, working 5 of 7 days, generally working 1 in 3 weekends. Shifts vary from 6.30 starts, up to 8pm finishes.
