We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to run a holiday lets operation for our client based in Brighton.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
  • Liaising with customers regarding their bookings, answering enquiries via telephone and emails

  • Management of the online booking systems

  • Monitoring and responding to online reviews

  • Carrying out check-ins/check-outs where applicable

  • Maintenance management of the holiday lets

  • Arranging post check-out cleans of the apartments

  • Weekly inventories of all apartments

  • Additional administration tasks as required by the Brighton Office

The ideal candidate will have exceptional coordination and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will have a self-motivated attitude, an ability to remain calm under pressure and a willingness to learn.

Hours of Work: Wednesday - Sunday, 12pm-9pm however you must be flexible to work additional hours if and when required.
