To provide an excellent customer service aiming for first call resolution and demand reduction.
Advisers need to be able to use effective questioning skills to resolve potentially complex queries around Billing, Network and Handset faults, General Enquires and Complaints.
Advisers are also required to promote the benefits of various additional products and services including Data Bolton's, Pay Monthly New, Pay & Go New, 4G tariffs, O2 Refresh Tariffs, Wi-Fi, Tablet Refresh, Accessories.
Customer Experience Adviser activities are monitored on a regular basis via a customer satisfaction surveys, efficiency reports and call monitoring and FCA regulated.
40 hrs fully flex between the business opening hours/ 5 days out of 7 and will include a weekend day.
