Maintenance manager - Golf Club - Near Leatherhead - Up to £23,500


A popular Golf Club situated on the North Downs near Leatherhead requires an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated person to join their team as a Maintenance Manager. 

Must to able to do plumbing, electrics decorating etc, will be responsible for H&S relating to maintenance and plant equipment, manage the painter & decorator and organise and supervise contractors when onsite.

Hours of work are primarily Mon - Fri however some weekend flexibility will be required.

Role of the Maintenance Manager:

  • Maintain different aspects of the Golf Club
  • Help find & deliver solutions to problems occurring in the Club, related to electrics, plumbing, decorating etc.
  • Follow Health & Safety legislation and make sure everything is up to standard
  • Manage and supervise other contractors within the building


Proven experience in Engineering and / or Property Maintenance with good experience in Mechanical and / or Electrical plant.

  • Good understanding of the Construction, Design & Management Regulations 2007
