BASED IN LONDON WITH TRAVELLING ABROARD

VERY COMPETITIVE SALARY


MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OF FRENCH AND ENGLISH

Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany), and will ideally have a background with new openings (brand names, high volume)......


A fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company as Head of new site Openings across Europe.......


You will be responsible for getting every kitchen set up all across Europe at lightning speed. You will be the kitchen and site setup expert working directly with restaurant partners and you will tailor make each site for their specific needs and get it up at running ready for operation:

  • Delivering kitchens on time and on budget
  • Understanding restaurant partner needs and aligning with overall project goals
  • Overall responsibility for kitchen and site location layouts
  • Working with partners and the site operations team to prepare and countdown each location / kitchen opening for safe and legal sign off / handover to ops
  • As a key member of the launch team updating and liaising with the group to problem solve and deliver best outcome solutions


REQUIREMENTS

The role requires experience in launching new restaurant sites and strong communication skills:

  • 4+ years experiencing launching new kitchen / restaurant locations
  • Experience working across multiple countries and must speak fluent French
  • Experience of working with and approving kitchen layouts
  • Experiencing in working within budgets
  • Strong communication skills with key partners
  • Flexible and available for international travel
