We have a new opportunity for an Events Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a hot desk supplying temporary events and hospitality staff to events at sporting stadia, conference & banqueting & event venues.
This can be a hybrid role working from our offices in London, client sites and home.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Proactively developing new and existing business
- Placing candidates into temporary event & hospitality roles
- Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
- Client and candidate relationship building
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
- Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
- Visiting clients which can involve weekends when checking in our staff for events
- You will be working within an experienced, collaborative team and Manager
