Job Overview


Our client is a beautiful coastal hotel looking for a permanent, full time Chef de Partie to join the team at the hotel. Opportunity to work in either the main hotel kitchen or any of the other restaurant kitchens which are open to residents and non-residents.


 


Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the head chef in the effective and efficient organisation, supervision and control of the kitchen operation.
  • Preparing, cooking and portioning of all dishes to the hotel's standards of quality and quantity.
  • Maintaining the hotel's standards of personal appearance, cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen areas.
  • To communicate, liaise and maintain working relationships with the restaurant manager, waiting staff and the rest of the kitchen team.
  • Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhering to the company's health and safety policy and procedures.

 


How to be Successful:

  • Chef: 1 year (Required)
  • You must also be passionate about food with previous experience of working within a similarly high quality environment.
