Chef de Partie/Pizza - 3* Inn - Salcombe - £20k

Role Overview

Our client is a 6 bedroom coastal gastro pub with 3* rating cooking from scratch, fresh traditional dishes. They are looking for a Chef De Partie who has experience in a busy kitchen who has or would like an opportunity to be Pizza Chef for the summer months but also be part of the main kitchen in the winter. It is a full time position, 5 days out of 7, minimum of 40 hours a week, paid. Overtime available at £10p/h. Varied shifts, flexible hours, Bonus & Tips, live in accommodation could be available and also opportunity for immediate start.

Role Responsibilities

- Summer Months successfully run the pizza oven (full training is available)

- Quieter months be in main kitchen helping the Senior Chefs

- Help prepare all the fresh dishes

- Be a positive force in the kitchen that mixes well with the current chefs.

How to Be Successful

- Experience as a chef de partie

- Pizza chef experience is preferred but not essential

- Show motivation and outgoing nature

- Show good communication skills


- Basic salary of £20,800

- Overtime available paid at £10p/h

- Live in accommodation available (10 minute walk from the property so transport is not essential)
