Wedding & Events Manager - 3* Coastal Hotel - Sidmouth - £25k

Role Overview:

Our Client is located on the Jurassic coast, has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme that has seen the introduction of 22 new courtyard bedrooms, total refurbishment of the existing bedrooms, a brand new state of the art 120-seat Upper Deck restaurant, bar & terrace, private dining facilities a private function room and fantastic new Spa facilities and indoor swimming pool. They are recruitng for a dynamic Weddings & Events Sales Manager to maximise sales and revenue for the venue and accommodation, ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of weddings and events to the highest level of service from enquiry to planning, through to assisting with delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Focus on training and development, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Weddings & Events Sales Manager to enhance individual skills and knowledge and to be part of a team of leading professionals within a growing hospitality brand.

What You Need To Be a Successful:
  • Previous exeprience in wedding and events & proactive sales
  • You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality
  • We are looking for a strong individual to manage and support the team to achieve financial targets.
