Sous Chef - Hotel - Exeter - £20k


Role Overview:


Our client is modern hotel on the outskirts of Exeter and they are looking for a Chef to be part of their kitchen team. The hotel has over 120 bedrooms and is part of a worldwide hotel chain with global career opportunities. You will be working 5/7 various shifts.

The Role:


  • To assist in the preparation of the meals as per spec menus
  • Straight shifts working around 40 hours per week
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Supervising the Commis Chefs
The Requirements:
  • Experience of working as a chef in a branded environment
  • You will have experience of working in a team and being a team player
  • It is essential that you have a minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • You must have a good understanding of written and spoken English.
