Key Responsibilities
- Day to day Administrative and Office Management duties
- Data input into Time Management system
- Coordinating travel plans
- Diary Management
- Assist with organisation of events
- Managing and assisting departments monthly training requirements
- Collating data and preparing presentations
- Organising board meetings and minute taking

What we are looking for?
- Ability to create and promote good interpersonal relationships
- Strong communication, both written and verbally
- Excellent time management skills
- Expert in Microsoft office suites
- Proven Administration/Office support experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
